The concept of inter-civilizational and intercultural harmony has gained increasing importance in the modern world, characterized by diversity, globalization, and cultural interaction. This study examines the principles of harmony and integration as reflected in the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), presenting them as a comprehensive model for peaceful coexistence and mutual respect among different societies. The Prophetic biography provides practical examples of dialogue, tolerance, justice, and coexistence, particularly through historical developments such as the Constitution of Madinah, agreements with non-Muslim communities, and the Prophet’s interactions with diverse social groups. These examples illustrate a balanced approach that combines commitment to faith with respect for others, thereby establishing a sustainable framework for social harmony. From a philosophical perspective, the study argues that the Prophetic model promotes universal ethical values such as human dignity, justice, and compassion, which transcend cultural and civilizational differences. It also highlights that true integration does not require the loss of identity but encourages constructive engagement based on shared moral principles. The study concludes that the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) offer a timeless and practical model for fostering inter-civilizational and intercultural harmony, which can effectively address contemporary challenges such as conflict, intolerance, and social division.
